Covid-19 has significantly changed the way we as property managers can work. We’ll take a look at five areas in particular:

Routine Property Inspections in level 4

  • No in-person property inspections are allowed.

Property Advertising in Level 4

  • We are able to advertise properties for rent, talk to prospective tenants on the phone, via email and video meetings such as zoom.

Property Viewings in Level 4

  • No viewings to take place at all

Property Maintenance in Level 3

  • Maintenance to address immediate risks to health and safety only no routine maintenance can be carried out
  • Pest management services can operate.

Moving Tenants in Level 4

“If parties must move in extreme circumstances they must exercise extreme caution and follow Ministry of Health guidelines and follow the Alert System when moving.
