Tracy Aspey is originally from Lancashire, England, she moved to New Zealand when she was 17 with her family.
Tracy started her working life in New Zealand for Olsen Everson in commercial real-estate, giving her valuable experience in the property industry. She then moved on to other employment roles in the Beauty Therapy industry and owned and operated a call centre in Central Auckland. After spending time at home raising her family she proudly joined the Hollie Joss Property Management Team in 2015.
Tracy now has a wealth of knowledge and experience through helping owners through their property management journey. She understands the process of finding great tenants can be challenging, but aims to provide a service that takes the stress out of managing your investment.
Tracy manages properties throughout Rural Rodney, the North Shore, Central Auckland and South Auckland to Papakura. Whether its help or advice you are needing from finding great tenants or managing existing tenants, then Tracy is here to assist. She is up to date with the latest Healthy Homes Legislation and the Residential Tenancies Act through on going training.
