That we will carry out all duties in accordance with your management package to the best of our ability.
We will contact you with feedback on the letting of your rental property weekly at a minimum.
We will be available to show prospective tenants through properties Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm.
We will use our best endeavours to ensure continuity of tenants at all times.
We will take into consideration all market conditions when setting levels of rent at rent reviews and at the end of each tenancy in consideration of the next tenancy.
All routine repairs and maintenance will be actioned within 2 working days, all urgent repairs will be arranged as quickly as possible on the same day.
All reasonable steps will be taken to obtain the best pricing for repairs and maintenance by using our trusted tradesmen.
We will answer your telephone call during office hours, if we miss your call please leave a message on your property managers mobile telephone. If received before 3pm we will call you back the same day of if received after 3pm by the following day.
We will respond to your email the same day if received before 3pm and the following day if received after 3pm.
If for any reason we have not met our promise your next 4 weeks management fees will be provided to you free of charge.
