The aim of our system is to capture, quantify and record the knowledge of Hollie Joss who has proven success in property management and create a business model so those new to the industry can very quickly become experts and those already in the industry can earn high levels of commission.

As part of Hollie Joss Property Management, you will receive full training on the Residential Tenancies Act, a detailed Operations Manual with step by step instructions for every procedure, together with checklists and forms.

Hollie personally runs the Commercial Rent Trust Account and oversees all transactions, so you receive a complete Business in a Box Model along with ongoing support education and peace of mind that client’s monies are being well looked after.

There is a real need for quality property management services in New Zealand. 60% of people are tenants, not homeowners, and this is set to increase with the latest legislation.
